Cancellation Policy
As we transition to a new space, please be mindful of the late policy. Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to prevent a delay in other appointments. Based on scheduling, you may be able to remain in the waiting area for a possible fit-in. However, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment and wish to reschedule, you will be charged a $5 late fee. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to the late policy. No call no show is 100% charge and same day cancellation is 50% charge please make sure to cancel 24hrs prior to the appointment. Deposit will go towards your service. Also will be refunded if appointment is canceled 24hrs before scheduled day.
